As part of the “Collection 2025” project, organizations along the entire value chain are working on a circular economy for plastic packaging and beverage cartons. On 30 November 2023, a voluntary industry organization for plastic packaging and beverage cartons will be founded with the aim of implementing the circular economy.

The association will take on various tasks for the coordination of a harmonized collection throughout Switzerland and enables a sustainable and far-sighted circular economy for plastic packaging and beverage cartons. The new industry organization was prepared with the collaboration of committed founding members together with Swiss Recycle, the umbrella organization of Swiss recycling systems.

You too can be a pioneering company and become a founding member of the new association. The inaugural meeting will take place on November 30 at 5:00 pm at the Novotel Zurich City West. All information, documents (e.g. statutes) and the registration form can be found here: swissrecycle.ch/collection-2025
