The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation, after reviewing the report of the Committee for the Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy of the National Council of October 31, 2022 and the opinion of the Federal Council of February 15, 2023, has decided that the Environmental Protection Act of October 7, 1983 will be amended. The Federal Council determines the date of entry into force.
