Following the acquisition of Konapharma AG, a leading Swiss pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), Allpack Group AG announces the formation of the Rhenopharma Group. The Group is wholly owned by the Kuhn family, which has been active in the global pharmaceutical market for 35 years.
This successor solution for Konapharma strengthens Allpack AG’s position in the pharmaceutical services sector and expands the range of services offered by the Rhenopharma Group. With more than 300 employees, the new group of companies generates consolidated sales of over 100 million Swiss francs. This new alliance should offer numerous advantages for existing and new customers as well as for suppliers and partners.
Together with Rhenochem AG and Konapharma AG – the other two companies in the Group – it is possible to respond even better to individual customer needs and offer customized solutions.
