56th Swiss Packaging Award 2025

Olten, June 18, 2025. The nominees for the Swiss Packaging Award 2025 have been announced.
18 packaging solutions in five categories can hope to win the prestigious Swiss Packaging Award. The winners will be announced on September 11, 2025. The Swiss Packaging Institute SVI, which organizes the competition, will present the prizes.
A total of 32 packaging solutions were submitted by 24 different participants. No submissions were received for the Young Talent Award, in which pupils and students can present their packaging ideas. The sustainability category was again particularly well represented with 20 submissions, reflecting the demands of the times: packaging companies are under enormous pressure to meet the ecological and sustainability requirements stipulated by legislators. The large number of entries shows that the Swiss packaging industry is doing its homework.
Every year, the Swiss Packaging Institute presents the Swiss Packaging Award in recognition of outstanding achievements in the packaging industry. The aim of the competition is to showcase the creativity and innovative strength of the Swiss packaging industry. Companies can submit their packaging solutions in the categories of sustainability, convenience, design, marketing, technology / construction / machine systems. Three packaging solutions have been nominated per category, one of which will be chosen as the winner. Packaging of all materials is eligible for the competition. The focus is on promoting and recognizing holistic packaging solutions, regardless of the packaging material.
